I have dealt with Sege and the team at Mortar & Co for several years now, the first project was an extension to my care home which included seven new bedrooms with ensuite over two floors, a new dining room, conservatory and outbuilding for laundry facilities.

Last year they rewired and redecorated the original part of the care home and more recently this year they converted a disused outbuilding we had into a staff room and visitors' toilet.  

For each project they delivered what was asked with minimal disruption to my staff and more importantly to my residents. I will continue to use Mortar & Co for any of my future building projects as they provide support from initial concept right to the end of construction.

Sege, and all other trades at Mortar & Co, have just completed a project I approached them about in February this year. It was an HMO project converting a terraced house into a lovely 5 bed multi-unit property.

From start to finish Sege kept in regular contact with me informing me of the progress and costings. As an investor I like to know both.

Throughout the project there were a couple of unforeseen hurdles but Sege’s responsiveness, experience in the trade and creativeness helped the whole conversion go very smoothly and fast considering the volume of works required. I am looking forward to working with them again and would highly recommend .
